By registering for Awesome-Hits you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Awesome-Hits contains links to outside sites and is not responsible for content on these sites. Use caution when entering any information into sites! Awesome-Hits is not responsible for any lost credits, or any damages, loss of data, or other problems associated with using our services.

Advertisement Claims

Due to the nature of the internet and the free service being offered, Awesome-Hits cannot verify advertised claims. Users of Awesome-Hits should use caution before entering information or paying for services advertised. Awesome-Hits recommends visiting FTC's Internet page and Consumer.gov to learn about the latest scams and ways to protect yourself.

Promoting Awesome-Hits

You may not promote Awesome-Hits in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Awesome-Hits in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your Awesome-Hits account and possible legal action.

URL Rules

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Awesome-Hits. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Awesome-Hits is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

Before submitting a URL to Awesome-Hits, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your Awesome-Hits account may also be deleted.

These requirements include:

  • No frame-breaking sites
  • No viruses, trojans, or spyware
  • Your website must be TOTALLY free from any pornographic material of any kind
  • No sites with illegal activity
  • No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States
  • No "paid to promote" (PTP) sites
  • Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms

Awesome-Hits has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.

All websites must be in English or have an English language option.

If you accumulate more than 10,000 unused credits in your account then Awesome-Hits may assign any surplus credits to any or all of your websites.

Surfing/Account Rules

As a member you acknowledge that you signed up voluntarily under your own free will and agreed to receive newsletters and other system notifications (although you may opt out).

You may only have ONE account, i.e. one account per person. You must keep your account in good standing:

  • You MUST maintain an accurate profile at all times, including your correct and full name and a valid email address
  • Your email must NOT bounce or have any autoresponders
  • You cannot share your login information with anyone
  • Your account is not transferable - you cannot sell your account or transfer it to another person

You must have a reasonable understanding of English.

You are expected to look at each site before moving on to the next site. You are not required to sign-up, opt-in or buy anything from the advertiser's site although you may choose to do so.

Cheating is effectively stealing from other members and will not be tolerated:

  • You cannot login from two different computers at the same time
  • ONLY the account owner may surf the exchange
  • You must surf with the site being advertised visible
  • You may not use any programs, scripts, etc that will surf for you

Any member found cheating will have their account terminated immediately and all commissions, credits and referrals will be forfeited.

We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason without prior notice or warning.

Privacy

Awesome-Hits collects information when you sign up and visit the site.We may post your name or username on the site or in emails to your referer or regarding contests, promotions and the like. We will never sell or give out any of your personal information without your permission, unless you are caught cheating, spamming, or making chargebacks, in which case your information may be shared with our partners to prevent you from doing the same at their exchange.

Awesome-Hits sends emails regularly to members. Members are allowed to opt-out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of the newsletter emails, or by contacting support. Terminating your account with Awesome-Hits will automatically unsubscribe you from some emails, but you may need to unsubscribe separately from our email service provider.

Purchases and Refunds

We offer a free service, but we also offer additional advertising or upgraded memberships for sale. As our services are provided electronically, we do not generally offer a refund for services already provided. However, if you believe that a refund is justified you can submit a support ticket at http://support.dyer-media.com. Each case will be considered on its own merits.

Future Changes

Awesome-Hits may change any of these rules at any time, with or without notification.
